Background and Experience
My legal career has been both plaintiff and
defense oriented. Initially, I did
insurance defense work and subsequently
operated my own law firm. I handled
numerous workers' compensation and
personal injury cases. I have also
been extensively involved in contract
legal work for other attorneys in
Anchorage, working on various types of
cases: real estate, admiralty,
eminent domain, administrative appeals and
estate work. In 1999 I returned to
insurance defense, with my emphasis on
workers' compensation.
